Our aim is to ship all items for the lowest postage cost that we can, with that in mind we have set up a brilliant weight table that adds up all your items individual weights and then displays your total postage and packaging cost accordingly, something we hope you will very much appreciate.
Returns for Faults or Change of Mind You must report any Faults or Change of Mind to us (returns@partxzy.co.uk) within 7 days of receiving the items for us to be able to process a claim.
All items must then be returned to us within 7 days from the date of your request.
You may request either a refund or a replacement (see below for individual instructions):
Faulty Items – For a Replacement:
Replacement items will be sent via 2nd class post only after we receive the original faulty items and all inner and outer packaging back and we have determined it as a manufactured fault and not damage.
Postage and packaging costs for items you are returning will not be reimbursed as we will be covering the cost of sending out the replacement items.
Faulty Items – For a Refund:
Refunds will be accepted on the following conditions-
1: We receive the original faulty item and all inner and outer packaging back.
2. We determine that it is a manufactured fault and not damage.
The refund will be for the amount of the faulty items only, not for any postage and packaging originally paid or for any costs you incur to return the item to us.
Change of Mind:
Refunds will be accepted if you have changed your mind but only after we receive all the items back in their original unused and re-sellable condition.
